Service Description

What is coaching? - It is a process where I (the coach) partner with you (the client) in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximise your personal and professional potential. Ok that was a bit formal. Basically, coaching is when I guide you through a conversation that helps you identify what challenges you want to focus on and we work together towards finding answers. The important thing to note is that I will not tell you the answers or find the answers for you. What I do is to guide you through a "thought provoking" process where you discover the answers yourself. Anyone can be coached, what is important is for you to be "ready to be coached". That means being willing to open up, be vulnerable and be prepared to discuss the challenge you want to address. Sometimes, you might not be ready to talk about a situation and that's ok, that is why it's important to ask yourself how ready are you to tackle the issues that you want to tackle in a coaching session. You can bring just about any topic to your coaching session, depending on the purpose or the goal of your coaching. What is always important before committing to the session is to think about what is your goal for the coaching: what do you want to get out of it? The key question to ask yourself is "if the coaching session is successful, what outcomes will it have"?
