Initially exploring the theatrical landscape through various artistic lenses, Ghazali delved into drama education in 2011, extending his expertise to a diverse range of students from early childhood to children with special needs. His commitment to expanding horizons led him to the realm of applied theatre in 2014, where he embraced the transformative power of Theatre of the Oppressed under the mentorship of Bárbara Santos from Kuringa, Berlin. Not one to be confined by traditional boundaries, Ghazali embarked on a unique journey in 2016 by becoming a certified Medical Clown, channeling creativity and joy into healing spaces.

In 2020, Ghazali's passion for inclusive dialogues and positive change culminated in the establishment of the Singapore Male Allyship Network (sgMAN). Together with a collective of dedicated individuals, Ghazali founded this grassroots initiative as a platform to delve into, understand, and advocate for healthy expressions of masculinities within society. Through community explorations, camaraderie, and shared insights, the network strives to redefine norms and champion positive role models for men, fostering a culture of support, respect, and equality.
